4th of November: Seville insiders tapas tour

7:45pm: meet your personal foodie host at your accommodation in Seville old town to start a private walking tour of the city that will take you to visit 2 – 3 local tapas bars where the locals like to gather with relatives and friends and where you will taste a selection of 6 – 9 dishes to share and up to 4 drinks per person. This will make an excellent opportunity to learn about the food and wine differences between Eastern Andalusia (Granada) and Western Andalusia (Seville) after your tapas tour of Granada. Seville held the monopoly of all trade with the new world from 1503 until 1717 so it will make the perfect city to learn about (and taste) the differences between pre-columbine and post-columbine gastronomy and about the iconic wines that travelled from the old world to the new world. Besides Sevillanos love their traditions and festivities, so you will get to learn about the many local recipes that are linked to them, in a relaxed and interactive environment with your local host.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this private tour we require a 25% deposit of the grand total no later than the 15th of September 2022 via credit/debit card. The final 75% must be paid via the same method no later than 20 days prior to the start of the tour.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour more than 20 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge the 25% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 20 and 10 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 70%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 9 and 4 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 75% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your tour program 3 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
