Description and schedule of services

29th of May: olive oil, cheese and wine. Meeting artisanal food producers in the natural park of Grazalema

8:30am: meet your personal local host at your accommodation (Hotel Casa 1800 Seville) and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver to a selected olive oil mill in the natural park of Grazalema. Along the way, you will be explained about the customs, geography, economy and artisanal food production in Southernmost continental Spain.

9:50am: upon arrival to the olive oil mill, be introduced to the owner and together with him, enjoy a private tour of the mill aimed at learning how he makes his olive oil following traditional pressing methods. Then enjoy a private tasting of the olive oils he makes.

11am: after your visit to the olive oil mill, be transferred to the farm of a shepherd, specialized in making artisanal goat’s cheese in the farm where he has his goats.

11:30am: arrival to the farm and small tour of the piece of land and of the cheese making premises with the owner to later do a tasting of some of his best cheeses. During this part of the tour you will learn the differences between extensive and intensive farming and also between artisanal and industrial cheese.

12:15pm: private transfer from the cheese farm to a selected winery in the area.

12:45pm: arrival to the winery and private tour with the owner to learn all about the history of their wines, about the wine-making process of their different wines and to do the corresponding tastings too with a selection of tapas to open your appetite before lunch.

2:15pm: private transfer from the winery to a selected local restaurant in the area.

2:30pm: arrival to the restaurant and lunch.

4pm: private transfer from the restaurant back to your accommodation.

5:30pm: arrival to your accommodation in Seville and end of services for the day.


30th of May: an immersion into the world of sherry wines:

9am: meet your personal local host at your accommodation and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver to Jerez. Along the way, you will be explained about the geography, culture, lifestyle, customs and personality of the city.

10:15am: upon arrival to Jerez, enjoy a private visit to a selected sherry bodega. There you will be explained about the aging process of the different types of sherry, while you do the corresponding tastings and are given some basic notions about the art of pairing food and sherry.

11:45am: be transferred from the sherry bodega to a selected private vineyard in the countryside outside Jerez.

12:10pm: upon arrival to the vineyard, be introduced to the owner and together with him and your local host, take a private walking tour aimed at learning some basic notions about sherry viticulture and also at understanding the particularities of the soil, of the grapes, of the climate and of the vines that make sherry so unique.

1:10pm: after your introduction to sherry viticulture, enjoy a tasting of the sherries that the owner makes in the vineyard only for him and his family. This will accompanied by a selection of appetizers.

2:15pm: end of your visit to the vineyard and private transfer to a selected local restaurant for lunch.

2:40pm: arrival to the restaurant and lunch there.

4:10pm: en of lunch and private transfer from the restaurant back to your accommodation.

5:30pm: arrival to your accommodation and end of services for the day.

Price of this bespoke tour program for a private group of 2 people: 2215 Euros

This price includes
– Private transportation in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver throughout the two journeys.
– Personal local host from Genuine Andalusia (a knowledgeable, personable, kind, flexible and interactive fully licensed guide) throughout the two journeys.
– All visits with tastings (an olive oil mill, a cheese farm, two wineries (one making wine and another one making sherry wine) and a vineyard where the owner makes and ages sherry only for him and his family).
– Lunch in two selected local restaurants including a selection of starters to share, one main course per person, one dessert person and up to 3 drinks per person (beer, wine, refreshments, water).
– Petrol, parkings and tolls.
– All taxes.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this private bespoke program of private tours, we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 16th of March 2023 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour program.

30% deposit needed no later than the 16th of March to confirm the tour program: 664,5 Euros.

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour program: 1550,5 Euros.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel the tour program more than 15 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel the tour program between 14 and 7 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the other 50%.
– If you cancel the tour program between 6 and 4 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 75% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the other 25%.
– If you cancel the tour program 3 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration of the tour program.
