8th of August 2024: bespoke Sherry day trip from Jerez. 2 pax

9am: meet your personal sherry host at your hotel and be transferred by taxi to a selected sherry vineyard in the country outside Jerez.

9:20am: arrival to the vineyard, meeting with the owner and private tour of his vineyard aimed at learning about the particularities of the soil, of the climate, of the vines and of the grapes that make Sherry so unique. At the end of the tour, you will be welcomed into the house of the owner for a tasting of the sherries that he makes and ages only for him and his family.

11:05am: end of the visit to the vineyard and transfer by taxi to a selected sherry bodega in Jerez old town.

11:30am: arrival to the bodega and private visit with the owner aimed at learning this time about the aging of sherry. This will be followed by the corresponding tastings and by some basic notions about the art of pairing food and sherry.

1pm: end of the visit to the sherry bodega and of the tour and rest of the day at leisure.
