Description and schedule of services

11th of September: from Cadaqués de the Penedés wine region via Girona
–
11am: meet your personal driver at your accommodation in Cadaqués and be transferred to the medieval city of Girona.

12:15pm: upon arrival to Girona, enjoy some free time to explore the city at your own leisure. You can negotiate the drop off and pick up points with your driver.

2:15pm: reconnect with your driver and be transferred to your hotel in the Penedés Wine Region.

4pm: arrival to your accommodation in the Penedés wine region and end of services for the day.

12th of September: half-day afternoon trip to Sant Sadurní D’anoia to visit the town and a winery there with tastings

12:30pm: meet your personal driver at your accommodation and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle to the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.

1pm: upon arrival to Sant Sadurní d’Anoia enjoy some free time to explore the village at your own leisure. We will give you recommendations.

2:30pm: after your time at leisure in town, be transferred to a selected winery for a private visit with tastings. You will visit the aging facilities (historic ones) of the winery while you are explained there about their viticulture techniques first and later about their ageing process. This will be followed by tasting of signature sparkling wine disgorged by hand in the cellar for you. Following this, tasting of two long-aged Brut Nature sparkling wines, accompanied by two white wines.

4:30pm: end of the visit and transfer to your hotel.

5pm: arrival to your hotel and end of services for the day.

13th of September: half-day trip to Villa Franca del Penedés to visit the town and a winery there with tastings

1pm: meet your personal driver at your accommodation and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle to the town of Villafranca del Penedés.

1:25pm: arrival to the town and free time to explore at leisure. We will give you recommendations.

2:45pm: after your free time reconnect with driver and be transferred to the winery.

3pm: arrival to the winery and private visit (vineyard + aging facilities). Focus on landscapes of Penedès (by 4×4 with the winery staff), microclimates and biodiversity. Then tasting of wines and cavas in their ageing facilties accompanied by some light early evening bites.

7pm: end of the tour and transfer back to your hotel.

7:30pm: arrival to the hotel and end of services.

9:30am: meet your personal driver at your accommodation and be transferred to Barcelona airport in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle.

Price of altering your present confirmed itinerary so that the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th of September have this new schedule, hotel, tours and activities: 1450 Euros

– All winery visits with the corresponding tastings.
– 3 nights accommodation with breakfast included as per mentioned above.

Confirmation and payments
In oder to confirm this program modification, we need full payment via credit/debit card no later than the 27th of August 2024. Please note that this program modification results in the cancellation of the tour program and accommodation services that we had previously confirmed for you for these dates.

Once this modification is confirmed and paid. It is non refundable if you decide to cancel it.
