Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm the proposed tour program and at the specified price we need full payment no later than the 15th of April 2025 via credit/debit card.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program between 30 and 20 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 30% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancel your tour program between 19 and 10 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancel your tour program between 9 and 3 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 75% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancel your tour program 2 days or less prior to its start: we’ll charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
**Genuine Andalusia strongly recommends buying travel insurance for any international trip. Most of our guests buy their travel insurance via Medjet.
*** Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, tours and activities of the tour program.
