Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at the specified price we require a 40% deposit of the grand total no later than the 26th of July 2025. The final 60% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. We accept payments via credit/debit card or bank wire transfer.

Cancellation policy
– If you all cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 40% deposit only.
– If you all cancel your trip between 30 and 11 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you all cancel your trip between 10 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you all cancel your trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 30%.

Cancellations from one couple or from Barbara
– If one of the couples or Barbara cancel their spots in the trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge their 40% deposit only.
– If one of the couples or Barbara cancel their spots in the trip between 30 and 11 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of their part of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If one of the couples or Barbara cancel their spots in the trip between 10 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 60% of their part of the trip, we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If one of the couples or Barbara cancel their spots in the trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of their part of the trip and we will refund the remaining 30%.
(*) Please note that cancellations from one person in a couple won’t result in partial refunds.
