Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your trip at the specified cost we required a payment of 3635 Euros no later than the 15th of August 2025 at 11:59pm (Madrid time). This has already been paid. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

Grand total of your bespoke tour program: 12660 Euros, of which 3635 Euros have already been paid, so the balance is 9025 Euros.

Balance needed no later than 30 days prior to the the start of the trip to pay it in full: 9025 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the initial payment of 3635 Euros only.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the balance of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your trip between 14 and 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 65% of the balance of the trip and we will refund the remaining 35%.
– If you cancel your trip between 9 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 80% of the balance of the trip and we will refund the remaining 20%.
– If you cancel your trip 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the balance of the trip.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the trip.
