Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at this price we required an initial payment of 4335 Euros. This has already been paid. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

First payment needed no later than the 28th of September 2025 to confirm the trip: 4335 Euros

Final payment needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip: 11245 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the initial payment only.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 21 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your trip between 20 and 14 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 40%
– If you cancel your trip between 13 and 7 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 80% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 20%
– If you cancel your trip 6 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the trip.
