Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at the specified price we require a 30% deposit of the balance of the trip no later than the 5th of December at 11:59pm (Madrid time) via credit/debit card. The final 70% of the balance must be paid also via credit/debit card no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

Grand total of your bespoke trip: 5200 Euros, of which 500 Euros have already been paid, so the balance to pay is 4700€

30% deposit of the balance needed no later than the 5th of December 2025 to confirm your trip: 1410 Euros

Final 70% of the balance needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 3290 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your trip between 14 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your trip between 7 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 80% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 20%.
– If you cancel your trip 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the trip.
