Confirmation and payments

In order to confirm your bespoke program of travel arrangements at the specified price (1680€) we require full payment via credit/debit card no later than the 11th of January 2026.

Cancellation policy
–
– If you cancel your program of travel arrangements more than 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the grand total and we will refund the remaining 70%.
– If you cancel your program of travel arrangements between 10 and 7 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the grand total and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your program of travel arrangements between 6 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the grand total and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your program of travel arrangements 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the grand total.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the program.
