Confirmation and payments

In order to confirm your bespoke trip at the specified price (5190 Euros), we need a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 13th of January 2026 via credit/debit card. The remaining 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

30% deposit needed no later than the 13th of January 2026 to confirm the trip: 1557 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 3633 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel this trip more than 30 days prior to its start: we’ll charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel this trip between 30 and 20 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 19 and 10 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 55% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If you cancel this trip between 9 and 3 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 70% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 30%
– If you cancel this trip 2 days or less prior to its start: we’ll charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.

(**) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, tours and activities of the trip.
