Payment of bespoke tour program of Spain for 6 pax | 30th of March – 11th of April

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your tour program at the specified price (20735€ + 3,5% surcharge for credit/debit card payments) we required a deposit of 6207 Euros no later than the 12th of February at 11:59pm (Madrid time) as well as the full names, passport numbers, dates of birth and nationalities of all the travelers. This has already been paid and the passports sent.

The final payment (15254 Euros) must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program.

Deposit needed no later than the 12th of February 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm your tour program: 6207 Euros.

Final payment needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program to pay it in full: 15254 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the initial deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 30 and 20 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 19 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your tour program 14 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the trip.
(**) If bad weather results in the cancellation of the processions on the days they are scheduled for, you will be offered an alternative Easter Week tour of Seville as well as the possibility to use the balcony for the tapas and drinks mentioned above but please note that no refund will be issued as we cannot take responsibility for the cancellation of the processions due to bad weather.
