Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your trip at the specified price we require a 15% deposit of the grand total no later than the 16th of June 2026 and an extra 15% no later than the 30th of September 2026. The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. If you wish to confirm at a later stage, we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the trip.

Second 15% payment needed no later than the 30th of September 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time): 4630,5 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 21609 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel the trip before the 30th of September 2026, we will charge 15% of the full cost of the trip only.
– If you cancel the trip between the 1st of October 2026 and the 28th of February 2027, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the trip.
– If you cancel the trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel the trip between 14 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 55% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If you cancel the trip 7 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
