Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your bespoke program of shore excursions we require a 30% deposit of the grand total via credit card no later than the 31st of July 2026 as well as your full names, passport numbers, dates of birth and nationalities. The final 70% must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the start of the first excursion.

Grand total of your bespoke program of tours: 2510 Euros

30% deposit needed no later than the 31st of July 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm the tours: 753 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the first service, to pay the program in full: 1757 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel a tour more than 15 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 30% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 70%.
– If you cancel a tour between 14 and 8 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel a tour between 7 and 4 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel a tour 3 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in a tour..
(**) Please note that we can’t take any responsibility for cruise lines not docking at the port of call on the day of the tour due to cruise line itinerary changes or any other reasons beyond our control.
