Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your family cooking lesson at the specified price we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 14th of August 2026. The final 70% must be paid no later than 20 days prior to the start of the activity.

Grand total of your family activity: 1470 Euros

30% deposit needed no later than the 14th of August 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm the activity: 441 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 20 days prior to the start of the activity, to pay it in full: 1029 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your activity more than 20 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the cost of the activity only.
– If you cancel your activity between 20 and 15 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the activity and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your activity between 14 and 8 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the activity and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you cancel your activity between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 75% of the full cost of the activity and we will refund the remaining 25%.
– If you cancel your activity 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the activity.
(*) Please also note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration and services included in the activity.
