Confirmation and payments
in order to confirm this tour at this price we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 19th of September 2026 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid no later than 20 days prior to the start of the tour. If you wish to confirm at a later stage we will need to re-quote the tour (at the moment we are offering you 2026 prices but we will have our 2027 prices ready soon and we anticipate an increase of around 5%) and to re-study our availability too.

Final 70% needed no later than 20 days prior to the start of the tour to pay it in full: 665 Euros.

Cancellation policy
– if you cancel your tour 20 days or more prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour between 20 and 8 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your tour between 7 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your tour 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the tour program.
