Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your trip extension at the specified price (840 Euros) we need full payment no later than the 7th of October 2026 via credit/debit card. If you wish to confirm at a late stage, we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the services.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel this trip extension more 3 days prior to its start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the extension and we will refund the remaining 70%.
– If you cancel this trip extension 3 days or less prior to its start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the extension.
