Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at the specified price we require a 15% deposit of the grand total no later than the 1st of October 2026 via credit/debit card. A next payment of 15% of the grand total is needed no later than 6 months prior to the start of the trip and the final 70% is needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. If you wish to confirm at a later stage we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the trip.

Second 15% needed no later than 6 months prior to the start of the trip: 4710 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 21980 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 6 months prior to the start of the trip, we will charge 15% of the full cost of the trip only.
– If you cancel your trip between 6 months and 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the trip.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 21 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your trip between 20 and 14 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you cancel the trip between 13 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start we will charge 70% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel the trip between 7 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start we will charge 75% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 25%
– If you cancel the trip 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
(*) Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for ferry delays or cancellations due to the weather conditions in the Straits of Gibraltar. We will be there to assist in case of potential issues but without assuming any responsibility.
(**) Please also note that, once the trip starts, partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the trip.
