Payment of private day trip to the white villages and Ronda from Jerez. 4 pax. 27th of April

Description and schedule of services:

27th of April 2020:

9am: meet your personal local host at your hotel in Jerez and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan with a dedicated driver to the town of Arcos de la Frontera.

9:35am: upon arrival to Arcos de la Frontera, be taken on a private walking tour of the town with a special focus on its traditions, on its combination of grand historical constructions and houses of traditional architecture and on its breath-taking view points.

10:50am: private transfer from Arcos de la Frontera to the village of Zahara de la Sierra.

11:40am: arrival to Zahara de la Sierra and small walking tour of the old town with a special focus on the stunning views of the lake that surrounds the town and on its Moorish castle.

12:20pm: private transfer from Zahara de la Sierra to Grazalema through the summit of Las Palomas with a stop at the top for breath-taking views of both sides of the summit.

1pm: arrival to Grazalema and small walking tour of the upper and bottom parts of town with a special focus on its traditional architecture and on the natural park to which to town gives its name.

1:30pm: end of the walking tour of Grazalema and lunch in a selected local restaurant in the town.

2:45pm: end of lunch and private transfer to Ronda.

3:30pm: arrival to Ronda and private walking tour of the old town with a special focus on its main landmarks which are its bullring (the oldest in Spain) and its impressive New Bridge. Along the tour you will also learn about why Ronda became a common stop in the grand tours of the Romantic travelers in the 19th century.

5:30pm: end of your tour in Ronda and private transfer back to Jerez.

7pm: arrival to Jerez and end of services for the day.

 

Price of this day trip for a private group of 4 people: 245 Euros per person.

 

This price includes:

– Private transportation in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan with a dedicated driver throughout the day.

– Personal local host from Genuine Andalusia throughout the day.

– All entrance tickets and admissions during your tours.

– All expenses of your driver and of your guide.

– All taxes.

 

This price excludes:

– Lunch (Genuine Andalusia always selects local restaurants serving quality food but the cost of lunch is not included).

 

Confirmation and payments:

In order to confirm this private day trip we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 14th of February 2020 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour.

 

Grand total of this private day trip: 980 Euros.

 

30% deposit needed to confirm the tour (no later than the 14th of February 2020): 294 Euros.

 

Final 70% needed to fully pay the tour (no later than 30 days prior to its start): 686 Euros.

 

Cancellation policy:

– If you cancelled your day trip more than 30 days prior to scheduled departure, we would charge the deposit only.

– If you cancelled your day trip between 30 and 7 days prior to scheduled departure, we would charge 50% of the grand total of the trip.

– If you cancelled your day trip between 6 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we would charge 75% of the grand total of the trip.

– If you cancelled your day trip 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we would charge 100% of the grand total of the trip.
