Payment of private day trip from Cadiz to Seville. 25th of June. 2 pax

Description and schedule of services:

25th of June 2020:

7am: be met by your personal local host at the port of Cádiz and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver to Seville old town. Explanations about the geography, culture, history and lifestyle of Southernmost Spain along the way and in particular about the city of Seville as you approach the city.

8:30am: upon arrival to the city of Seville, take a stop at the gorgeous Plaza de España which is the most beautiful construction that was erected in Seville for the famous 1929 Iberian – American exhibition. Your personal local host will help you understand its history and the very important public space that it is today not only for people from Seville but from all over Spain.

9am: from Plaza de España, be transferred to Seville old town to take a private walking tour of the iconic Jewish quarter and of its most impressive World Heritage Sites: the Alcázar and the Cathedral. The Alcazar of Seville is a massive complex of palaces erected in different periods by different monarchs and it features a fascinating combination of Hispanic Muslim and Christian architecture styles called Mudéjar that is unique to Spain. There you will also be taken to visit the iconic House of Trade, which was the institution that managed all trade with the new world when Seville held the monopoly of this industry. Another highlight of the Alcazar are its exquisite gardens, designed in different periods. After touring the Alcazar, you will be taken on walking tour of the quarter of Santa Cruz which keeps its original Hispanic-Muslim urban planning and traditional architecture to a very large extent and features countless charming corners and cosy squares in a delightful maze of narrow streets. Finally, enjoy a private walking tour of the Cathedral of Seville which is the largest gothic temple in the world and where Christopher Columbus is buried. The Cathedral of Seville was erected on the grounds where a former Mosque was and it keeps some beautiful remains of it as well as stunning sections of gothic, renaissance, baroque and neoclassical style.

12pm: after your introductory walking tour of the city you will be taken to the shopping area of the city so that you can buy the items you wish (having some orientation from you beforehand would be most helpful) and later you will enjoy a tapas lunch in a selected tapas bar of Seville old town. There you will taste a selection of 4 – 6 local specialities that you will be able to pair with the corresponding wines. This will give you an understanding of this genuinely Spanish approach to enjoying a meal.

3pm: after lunch, be transferred back to Cádiz.

4:30 arrival to the port of Cádiz and end of the tour.

 

Price of this day trip for a private group of 2 people: 450 Euros per person.

 

This price includes:

– Private transportation in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver throughout the day.

– Personal local host from Genuine Andalusia throughout the day.

– All entrance tickets and admissions during the tour.

– A tapas and wines lunch in a selected tapas bar of Seville old town including a selection of 4 – 6 dishes to share and up to 3 drinks per person (beer / wine / sherry / refreshments / water).

– All expenses of your driver and of your guide.

– All taxes.

 

Confirmation and payments:

In order to confirm this private day trip we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 23rd of February 2020 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the date of the day trip via the same method.

 

Grand total of this private day trip: 900 Euros.

 

30% deposit needed to confirm the tour no later than the 23rd of February: 270 Euros

 

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour to fully pay the tour: 630 Euros

 

Cancellation policy:

– If you cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start of your tour, we’d charge the deposit only.

– If you cancelled between 30 and 7 days prior to the start of your tour, we’d charge 50% of the full cost of your tour.

– If you cancelled between 6 and 3 days prior to the start of your tour, we’d charge 75% of the full cost of your tour.

– If you cancelled 2 days or less prior to the start of your tour, we’d charge 100% of the full cost of your tour.
