Description and schedule of services:
30th of April: the April fair in Seville:
1:15pm: meet your personal local host at your accommodation and take a guided walk from there to the fair grounds of Seville. Along the way your personal local host will give you some general explanations about the origins and evolution of this iconic and colourful celebration, as you see the locals making their way to the festival too.
1:45pm: upon arrival to the fair grounds, you will take an orientation walk in order to understand the size of the festival and the different parts it features. You will also be explained about the stunning traditional dresses that women wear at the feria.
A most important element of this festival is the private marquee tents (locally known as casetas) belonging to different local communities. Each caseta is paid for, assembled, stocked and enjoyed by a different community and it is there where its members gather to eat, drink, socialize, dance and sing. Every caseta features a bar, a kitchen, a dance floor, a stage and a seating area and you will enjoy the privilege of entering the caseta of the community to which your personal local host belongs.
2:30pm: there you will enjoy a selection of tapas and wines, accompanied by your local host while you breath and enjoy the festive and joyous atmosphere. Once there, you may want to be taught some basic dance moves and put them into practice with your personal local host to enjoy the social dancing happening in the caseta.
4:15pm: after lunch and surely converted into an April fair lover, you will be escorted back to your accommodation (alternatively and depending on availability, you may want to take a taxi).
4:45pm: arrival to your accommodation and end of the tour.

Price of this tour for a private group of 4 people: 135 Euros per person.

This price includes:
– Personal local host throughout the tour.
– Access to a private local caseta with lunch there including a selection of 5 dishes to share and up to 4 drinks per person (wine, beer, refreshments, water).

– Any taxis you may want to take.

Confirmation and payments:
In order to confirm this private tour we require a 30% of the grand total via credit/debit card no later than the 1st of March 2020. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour via the same method.

Grand total of this tour: 540 Euros.

30% deposit needed (no later than the 1st of March) to confirm the tour: 162 Euros.

Final 70% needed (no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour) to fully pay the tour: 378 Euros.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancelled your tour more than 30 days prior to its start, we’d charge the deposit only.
If you cancelled your tour between 30 and 15 days prior to its start, we’d charge 50% of the grand total.
If you cancelled your tour 14 days or less prior to its start, we’d charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
