Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this tour program and at this price we need a 20% deposit of the grand total no later than the 1st of December 2024. The remaining 80% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

Final 80% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 3984 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program more than 30 days prior to its start: we’ll charge the deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 30 and 20 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 30% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancel your tour program between 19 and 10 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancel your tour program between 9 and 3 days prior to its start: we’ll charge 75% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancel your tour program 2 days or less prior to its start: we’ll charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
*If Spain closes its borders due to a national or global emergency and you are not able to enter the country to take this tour program, we will give you a full refund.
