Description and schedule of services

12th of August 2023: private Coruña shore excursion to Santiago de Compostela for 30 pax:
–
9am: meet your personal local host at the port of A Coruña and be transferred in a modern and comfortable bus with a dedicated driver to the city of Santiago de Compostela.

10am: upon arrival to Santiago de Compostela start a private walking tour of the old town including the interiors of its Romanesque Cathedral as well as other areas of its medieval quarters. There you will enjoy the beauty of squares and landmarks of remarkable beauty such as plaza del Obradoiro, the Royal Hostel and the Palace of Raxoi.

12:30pm: after your tour enjoy some free time for lunch at leisure and to maybe do some shopping also at your own leisure.

2pm: reconnect with you guide and your driver and be transferred back to the port of A Coruña.

3pm: arrival to the port of A Coruña and end of services for the day.

13th of August 2023: private Bilbao shore excursion for 32 pax:
–
9am: meet your personal local host at the port of Bilbao and be transferred in a modern and comfortable bus with a dedicated driver to the bourgeois coastal district of Getxo.

9:10am: once in Getxo, enjoy a panoramic tour of the district to learn about its grand mansions and about the story of the prosperous Basque families that built them. Then, take a stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Vizcaya Bridge, where you will ride the suspended gondola that crosses passengers to the district of Portugalete across the river.

10:30am: after exploring the district of Getxo and riding the suspended Gondola, be transferred to Bilbao old town.

10:45am: upon arrival to Bilbao old town, be explained while you drive through the city, about its origins of the city, its industrial prosperity and also its modernization until becoming the avant garde capital it is today. A highlight of your journey will be seeing the magnificent building that the Guggenheim museum is (outside only).

11:15am: finish your panoramic tour of Bilbao with an orientation walking tour of the old town that will take you to see Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral of Santiago.

12:30pm: after your tour of the city enjoy some free time for lunch at leisure and to maybe do some shopping.

2:30pm: reconnect with your driver and your guide and be transferred back to the port of Bilbao.

3pm: arrival to the port of Bilbao and end of services for the day.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this tour program we require a 25% deposit of the grand total no later than the 2nd of July 2023 via credit/debit card. The final 75% must be paid via the same method no later than 20 days prior to the start of the first tour.

Balance needed no later than 20 days prior to the start of the first tour 2550 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program trip more than 20 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge the 25% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 20 and 10 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 9 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 75% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your tour program 3 days or less prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration of the tour.
