Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at the specified price (1850€) we require full payment no later than the 8th of May 2026.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your day trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your day trip between 14 and 7 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you cancel your day trip between 6 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 80% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 20%.
– If you cancel your day trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the day trip.
