23rd of September 2025: bespoke day trip from Cadiz to Jerez

9am: meet your personal local host at your accommodation and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver to the city of Jerez de la Frontera. Along the way, your personal local host will offer you an introduction about the history, economy and general character of Jerez.

9:45am: upon arrival to Jerez, you will take a small panoramic tour from the vehicle aimed at getting an overview of the city and its size.

10am: your panoramic tour will finish at a selected sherry and sherry brandy bodega. There you will take a private tour aimed at learning about the making and ageing of sherry wine. This will be followed by the corresponding tastings and by some basic notions about the local art of pairing food and sherry.

11:25am: after your visit to the Sherry bodega, reconnect with your driver and be transferred to the Royal School of Equestrian Art.

11:40am: upon arrival at the Royal School of Equestrian Art, enjoy an introductory tour of the premises through which you will learn about the role of the school in the Spanish equestrian scene. After this introduction, you will be escorted to your seats to witness the horse show “How the Andalusian horses dance”.

12pm: start of the performance (1st or 2nd row seats). You will see these iconic Southern Spanish animals and a team of olympic riders in a performance involving classic Spanish country riding as well as horse-carriage driving.

1:30pm: end of the performance and private transfer to a selected local restaurant in Jerez for lunch.

1:50pm: arrival at the restaurant and lunch there. Your personal local host will help you to order while they throw in relevant information about the gastronomy of Jerez.

3:10pm: after lunch, be transferred to your hotel in Cádiz.

3:45pm: arrival to your hotel in Cadiz and end of services for the day.

In order to confirm this tour program we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 10th of August 2025 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program.

Cancellation policy
– More than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program: 30% of the full cost of the tour program.
– 30 – 15 days prior to the start of the tour program: 40% of the full cost of the tour program.
– 14 – 7 days prior to the start of the tour program: 50% of the full cost of the tour program.
– 6 – 3 days prior to the start of the tour program: 75% of the full cost of the tour program.
– 2 days or less: 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
