Description and schedule of services

15th of April: arrival to Cadiz from London
–
Time TBC: arrival of your flight to Seville or Jerez airport and private transfer in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan with a personal driver to your hotel in Cadiz. Upon arrival of your flight, head to the arrivals hall and your driver will be there waiting for you holding a sign saying “Juliana, David and Mason – Genuine Andalusia”.

Time TBC: Arrival to your hotel in Cádiz and rest of the day at leisure in the city. Recommendations will be given for you to make the most of your stay in the city.

Overnight in Cadiz. Junior Suite with sea views for 3 people with breakfast included in parador de Cadiz.

16th of April: day trip from Cadiz to visit a selected farm of brave bulls and lunch there with the owner
–
10:30am: meet your personal local host at your hotel and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle to a selected farm of brave bulls in the countryside outside Jerez.

11:15am: upon arrival at the farm, be welcomed by the owner who will show you first the family estate while giving you an introduction about the history of breeding brave bulls and Spanish pure-bred horses in the family. Then it will be time to get on a 4 x 4 vehicle to go and explore the areas where their brave bulls are bred.

Along the journey you will learn about the art of breeding brave bulls. From the selection of the mother cows and breeding bulls, to the identification of the characteristics that are demanded by different bullrings in Spain for the bullfights. Then you will learn what being a farmer of brave bulls is like in the middle of the 21st century. After seeing the bulls in their natural habitat and learning about them, you will be shown the family horses, which are used by the family for special traditional events and festivities.

1pm: back at the house of the family, you will be offered a drink and some tapas in order to have the opportunity to interact further with the owner and ask as many questions as you like. Then you will be called for a traditional Southern Spanish lunch, that you will enjoy in the company of the owner and your personal local host.

2:45pm: after lunch and maybe a farewell coffee, be transferred back to your hotel in Cádiz.

3:30pm: arrival at your hotel in Cadiz and rest of the day at leisure.

17th of April: day trip from Cadiz to Seville to enjoy the procession of Resurrection Sunday and to witness a bullfight in Seville bullring

9:30am: meet your personal local host at your hotel and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver to Seville.

11am: upon arrival to Seville, be taken on a private walking tour of the old town aimed at seeing the Easter procession of Resurrection Sunday with its impressive floats and their exquisite works of carpentry, gilding, floral arrangements, sculpture, embroidery and silver smithery. During the procession you will be explained about their origins and present role in the traditions and social fabric of the city too.

1:30am: after your Easter week tour of the city, enjoy a well deserved lunch to gather energy for your afternoon bullfight.

3pm: end of lunch and short walk to Seville bullring.

3:30pm: arrival to the bullring and short introduction about the origins and evolution of bullfighting before the fight.

4pm: bullfight starts. Your personal local host will interpret for you the development of the fight in order for you to understand its different phases, actions and protocols.

5:30pm: end of the fight and private transfer back to your hotel in Cadiz.

7pm: arrival to your hotel in Cadiz and end of services for the day.

* These times are approximate as we don’t yet know the schedule of the bullfight.

18th of April: transfer to the airport and departure of your flight back to London

Pricing

The price of this bespoke trip for a private group of 3 people is 4150 Euros.

This price includes
– 3 nights accommodation in a Junior Suite with sea views for 3 people with breakfast included.
– Personal local host from Genuine Andalusia (a fully licensed, personable, knowledgeable, kind, flexible and enthusiastic guide) throughout the two guided day trips.
– Private transportation in a modern and comfortable Mercedes vehicle with a dedicated driver throughout the journey for the two day trips and for the two private transfers from and to the airport of Seville or Jerez.
– A private visit to a selected bull farm outside Jerez with the owner including appetizers and drinks and a homemade country lunch in the dining room of the farm estate with the owner after the visit to the areas where their brave bulls and Andalusian horses are kept.
– A tapas lunch in Seville on the 17th of April including a selection of 6 – 9 dishes to share and up to 3 drinks per person (beer, wine, refreshments or water).
– Petrol and parkings and all expenses of your drivers and of your guides.
– A list of recommended things to do and of places to eat in Cadiz in order for you to make the most of your time in the city.
– All taxes.

– Tickets for the bullfight. We will know the exact costs as soon as they go on sale.
– Anything else not mentioned right above.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this tour program we’d need a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 20th of November 2021 via credit/debit card. The remaining 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program.

Grand total of this tour program: 4150 Euros.

30% deposit needed no later than the 20th of November to confirm the trip: 1245 Euros.

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the star of the trip: 2905 Euros.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancelled your tour program more than 30 days prior to its start: we’d charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancelled your tour program between 30 and 7 days prior to its start: we’d charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancelled your tour program between 6 and 2 days prior to its start: we’d charge 75% of the full cost of the tour program.
– If you cancelled your tour program 2 days or less prior to its start: we’d charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
*If the travel restrictions related to the pandemic didn’t allow for the tour program to happen, we’d give you a full refund deducting only the bank charges involved in the refund.
**Please note that the travel restrictions we would take as official would be the ones imposed by the corresponding government/s for the general vaccinated traveler coming to Spain from your country of origin and not your specific personal circumstances.
