Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at the proposed price we required a deposit of 3780 Euros no later than the 2nd of November at 11:59pm (Madrid time) via credit/debit card as well as your full names, dates of birth, passport numbers, nationalities and expiration date of your passports. This has already been paid and the passport information sent.
The balance must be paid also via credit/debit card no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

Balance needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 8570 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the initial deposit only.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 21 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your trip between 20 and 14 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 55% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If you cancel your trip between 13 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 65% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 35%.
– If you cancel your trip 7 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the trip.
