20th of September 2025: bespoke Jerez experience for a family of 16 pax

10am: meet your personal local host at your accommodation in Jerez (or at a previously agreed upon meeting point) to enjoy an introductory walking tour of the old town aimed at learning about the hispanic – muslims origins of the city and about the transformations (architecture, urban planning, social composition and overall character) that it experienced in the 13th century with the Christian conquest and later in the 18th and 19th centuries when the local wines (sherries) became probably the most fashionable drinks in the world. For those members of the family with mobility issues, taxis will be arranged on the spot.

10:30am: end of you introductory walking tour in a selected sherry bodega for a private visit with the corresponding tastings. During the visit you will be given some basic notions about the art of pairing food and sherry.

12pm: end of the visit to the bodega and short walk to see from the outside its main landmarks (the cathedral and the Alcazar) so you have have further context about the history and architecture of the city before finishing your tour at your restaurant of choice.

Price of this bespoke tour program for a private party of 16 pax: 860 Euros

This price includes
– Private guide throughout the visit.
– Private visit to a selected sherry bodega with the corresponding sherry tastings there.
– All taxes.

This price excludes
– Entrance tickets to any sites you may want to visit (the tour is planned to not visit the interiors of any monuments but we are flexible).
– Taxis you may need / want to take.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this tour at this price we need a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 5th of July 2025. The final 70% must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour.

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the first tour: 602 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour more than 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the tour.
– If you cancel your tour between 15 and 11 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the other 50%.
– If you cancel your tour between 10 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the other 30%.
– If you cancel your tour 7 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities of the tour.
