Description and schedule of services

20th of September 2024: day trip from Seville to Granada
–
7:30am: meet your personal driver at your accommodation in Seville and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minibus to the Alhambra in Granada.

10:15am: upon arrival to the Alhambra, your driver will leave you in the hands of your personal local guide. Once with your guide, be taken on a private walking tour of this palatial city which is the most exquisite example of the Hispanic-Muslim architecture.

The Alhambra was the city where the Hispanic-Muslim sultans used to live with their army, their court and some selected artisans. Because of this, it has several parts, all of which you will get to visit during your tour while you understand the role that each of them had. Later you will visit the summer palace or Generalife. This is the place where the sultans would go to escape from the hustle and bustle of the Alhambra. It was a place designed for relaxation and contemplation and because of this, it has the most beautiful gardens and some of the nicest views that the city of Granada has to offer.

1:45pm: end of your tour of the Alhambra and free time in the city of Granada for lunch at leisure and to explore the city at your own pace before returning to Seville (we will give you recommendations).

4:30pm: reconnect with your driver and be transferred back to your hotel in Seville.

7:15pm: arrival to your hotel in Seville and end of services for the day.

23rd of September 2024: day trip from Seville to the bay of Cadiz for a sailing trip in its legendary waters

8:30am: meet your personal local host at your accommodation in Seville and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan with a dedicated driver to the marina of the coastal town of El Puerto de Santa María on the bay of Cádiz. Along the way, you will be explained about the geography, culture, lifestyle and general character of this iconic region in Southern Spain.

10am: upon arrival to the marina of el Puerto de Santa María, be introduced to your captain and board a 12m sailboat to start your adventures at sea. During 3h you will sail across the bay of Cadiz enjoying its peculiar landscape of fishing towns, nature reserves and unspoilt beaches. You will also be explained the many historical events that have happened in the water of the bay during the last 5 centuries. During the sailing trip you will also be offered a drink, some morning snacks and the possibility to anchor for you to jump in the Atlantic Ocean if you like.

1pm: after your sailing trip, reconnect with your driver and be transferred to the old town of El Puerto de Santa María.

1:20pm: upon arrival enjoy a local lunch in a carefully selected tapas and wines bar.

3pm: end of lunch and small guided tour of El Puerto de Santa María old town aimed at learning about its colonial history and about its period of maximum splendor, when the local wines (sherries) became probably the most fashionable drinks in the world.

4pm: end of the walking tour and private transfer back to Seville.

5:30pm: arrival to Seville and end of services for the day.

– Lunch in a carefully selected local tapas and wines bar in El Puerto de Santa María old town including a selection of 5 – 8 dishes to share and up to 3 drinks per person (beer, wine, refreshments, water).

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this bespoke tour program, we required a deposit of 768 Euros no later than the 6th of August 2024. This has already been paid. The final payment must be processed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the first tour.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel a tour more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the tour.
– If you cancel a tour between 30 and 20 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 45% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 55%.
– If you cancel a tour between 19 and 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 55% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If you cancel a tour between 9 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel a tour 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in a tour.
(**) If the weather conditions didn’t allow for sailing we will let you know 48h in advance to suggest an alternative plan or to offer you a full refund of that day trip.
