Otherwise a central meeting spot will be agreed upon) to go on a behind the scenes journey of Seville. Seville is a big metropolis with a very large old town and beyond the areas where the World Heritage Sites are, it uncovers all its local charm, its traditions, its vibrant local atmosphere and its hidden gems.
With this walking tour you will explore and learn about the architecture, identity and local everyday life of 4 different quarters of the old town. During your exploration journey, you will visit two hand-picked buildings representative of the culture, history, architecture and personality of the city. One of them will be a convent where 21 nuns live in complete isolation fully committed to working and praying. There you will be able to interact with the nuns while you learn about their lifestyle, the history of the building where they live and about the many pieces of art of remarkable beauty they have there. The next one will be the palace of a local aristocrat, where you will be able to see the refinement and grandeur that the houses of the wealthy local families have and the colorful history that they have witnesses throughout the centuries.
