Payment of bespoke program of private tours | 7th and 9th of April | 6 pax

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your bespoke program of private tours at the specified price we need a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 27th of February 2026 via credit/debit card as well as your full names and passport numbers. The final 70% must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour program.

Grand total of your bespoke tour program: 3215 Euros

30% deposit needed no later than the 27th of February 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm your tour program: 964,5 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour program to pay it in full: 2250,5 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program more than 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 15 and 8 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of your tour program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the full cost of your tour program and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your tour program 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of your tour program.
(*) Please also note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the tour program.
