Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your tour program at the specified price we require a 30% of the grand total no later than the 6th of October 2026 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 14 days prior to the start of the tour. Please note that after that, we wouldn’t be able to guarantee either our availability or the costs of the tours.

30% deposit needed no later than the 6th of October 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm your tour program: 740,4 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 14 days prior to the start of the trip to pay it in full: 1727,6 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel the tour program more than 14 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel the tour program between 14 and 8 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel the tour program between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel the tour program 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the tour program.
