Confirmation and payments
If you wish to confirm this bespoke program of private tours now, we need a 30% of the grand total via credit/debit card within a time frame of 7 days. The final 70% is payable no later than 30 days prior to the start of the first tour.

30% deposit needed to confirm the program: 979,5 Euros

Final 70% of the balance needed no later than 30 days prior to the the start of the first tour to pay the program in full: 2285,5 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel the tour program more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel the tour program between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel the tour program between 14 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 75% of the full cost of the program and we will refund the remaining 25%.
– If you cancel the tour program 7 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the program.
(**) Genuine Andalusia strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for any international trip in order to be covered in case of unexpected issues resulting in clients needing to cancel their trip.
