Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your program of tours and transportation services at the specified price we need a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 23rd of August 2026 as well as your full names, passport numbers, nationalities and dates of birth (essential to book your Alhambra, Seville Alcazar and Sevilla Cathedral tickets). The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the first service. If you wish to confirm at a later stage we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the services.

Grand total of your bespoke program of tours and transportation services: 5485 Euros

30% deposit needed no later than the 23rd of August 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm all services: 1645,5 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the first service, to pay the program in full: 3839,5 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel a tour more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the cost of the tour only.
– If you cancel a tour between 30 and 21 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel a tour between 20 and 14 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel a tour between 13 and 8 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you cancel a tour between 7 and 3 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel a tour 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please also note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in a tour.
