Confirmation and payments

In order to confirm your bespoke program of travel arrangements at the specified price (4750€) we require full payment via credit/debit card no later than the 30th of January 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time).

Cancellation policy
–
– If you cancel your program more than 15 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 30% of the grand total of the program and we will refund the remaining 70%.
– If you cancel your program between 14 and 7 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the grand total of the program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your program between 6 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the grand total of the program and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your program 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the duration, services and activities included in the tour program.
