Description and schedule of services

22nd of December: arrival to Seville of Inga, Michael and Spencer and private transfer to your hotel in the city.

12:50pm: upon arrival of your flight to Seville airport, collect your luggage and walk to the arrivals hall. Your personal driver will be waiting for you there holding a sign saying “Mendelsohn – Genuine Andalusia”. Then be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan to your hotel in the city.
1:50pm (estimated): arrival to your hotel in Seville and end of services for the day.
Overnight in Seville: Hotel Alfonso XIII (own arrangements)

23rd of December: private walking tour of Seville Alcazar, Jewish Quarter, Cathedral and Giralda tower.

9:30am: meet your personal local host at the door of the Alcazar to go on a private walking tour of the Alcazar, the Jewish quarter and the Cathedral with its Giralda tower including all skip the line tickets.
1:30pm: end of your tour and rest of the day at leisure to maybe explore and have lunch in one of the markets of the city.

24th of December: arrival to Seville of Alec and private transfer to your hotel in the city.

25th of December: day at leisure in Seville.

All day: enjoy the day at leisure following our recommendations. We will give you recommendations of flamenco venues in the final travel documents that we will send to you no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of your trip.

26th of December: from Seville to Granada via the castle of Almodovar and Cordoba.

9:30am: meet your personal driver at your hotel and be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan to the castle of Almodóvar.
10:50am: upon arrival to the castle of Almodóvar meet your personal local host to start a private walking tour of the site with all entrance tickets included.
11:50am: after your tour of the castle of Almodóvar, reconnect with your driver and be transferred to Cordoba old town.
12:20pm: upon arrival to Córdoba, enjoy some free time for lunch at leisure (we will give you recommendations) before reconnecting with your local host for a private tour of the Great Mosque Cathedral including all (skip the line) entrance tickets.
1:50pm: reconnect with your local guide to enjoy a tour of the Great Mosque Cathedral and of the Jewish quarter of Córdoba.
3:50pm: be left with your driver again and be transferred to your hotel in Granada.
6:15pm: arrival to your hotel in Granada and end of services for the day.

27th of December: private walking tour of the Alhambra and el Generalife

10:15am: meet your personal local host at the Alhambra to start a private walking tour of the site (which includes the Nasrid Palaces) including also the palace and gardens of El Generalife. All entrance tickets included.
1:30pm: end of your tour of the Alhambra and be transferred by taxi to the quarter of El Albayzin.
1:45pm: arrival to the quarter of El Albayzin and end of your tour there. then rest of the day at leisure.

28th of December: Journey from Granada to Barcelona

4pm: meet your personal driver at your accommodation and be transferred to Granada airport in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan.
4:35pm: arrival to Granada airport on time to take your flight to Barcelona at 6:35pm.
8:05pm: upon arrival of your flight to Barcelona airport, collect your luggage and walk to the arrivals hall. Your personal driver will be waiting for you there holding a sign saying “Mendelsohn – Genuine Andalusia”. Then be transferred in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan to your hotel in the city.
9:05pm (estimated): arrival to your hotel in Barcelona and end of services for the day.

29th of December: orientation tour of Barcelona including Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Casa Amatller, las Ramblas and la Boquería Market.

8:30am: meet your personal local host and a dedicated driver with a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan at your accommodation and enjoy a full day orientation tour of Barcelona city including Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, Casa Amatller, las Ramblas and la Boquería Market (all entrance tickets included). Enjoy a tapas lunch at the market and around where there are wonderful tapas bars. Your local host will take you to selected food spots for lunch.
4:30pm: end of your tour back at your hotel.

30th of December: Gaudí highlights and Barcelona medieval quarters of Barcelona.

9am: meet your personal local host and a dedicated driver with a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan at your accommodation and enjoy a full day tour of Barcelona city including Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. Then be transferred to the quarter of el Born for lunch and finally enjoy the Cathedral of Santa María del Mar and the Gothic Quarter. (all entrance tickets included). Your local host will take you to a selected local restaurant suited to your taste for lunch.
5pm: end of the tour back at your hotel.

– All private guided tours mentioned above with a personal local host from Genuine Andalusia (a knowledgeable, personable, kind, flexible and interactive fully licensed guide).
All entrance tickets and admissions (skip the line) for all the sites included in the guided tours.
– Taxi rides to get from your hotel to the Alhambra and from the Alhambra to the quarter of el Albaicín.
– A list of recommended things to do and see and of places to eat during your free time in each city.
– Petrol, parkings and tolls.
– 24h support during your touring dates.
– All taxes.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this bespoke tour program at this price we require a 15% deposit of the grand total via credit/debit card no later than the 27th of March 2023. The final 85% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program via the same method.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program more than 30 days prior to scheduled start, we will charge the 15% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 30 and 20 days prior to scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the program and we will refund the other 60%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 19 and 10 days prior to scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the program and we will refund the other 50%.
– If you cancel your tour program between 9 and 4 days prior to scheduled start, we will charge 75% of the full cost of the program and we will refund the other 25%.
– If you cancel your tour program 3 days or less prior to scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the program.
(*) If Spain closes all its borders due to a national or global emergency and you are not able to enter the country to take this tour program, we will give you a full refund.
(**) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the duration and activities of the program and to the group size.
