5th of October: bespoke transportation service for luggage and passengers

7am: meet driver in Baena (Villa María – Pista de Padel y Piscina: Paraje Manosalva, Parcela 125, 14850 Baena, Spain), you load your suitcases and start your cycle ride towards Córdoba.

12pm: meeting with the driver in Córdoba (C. Cairuan, 1, 14004 Córdoba, Spain (parking near Cordoba Mosque) to access your suitcases (previously you will have dropped off your bikes in Córdoba).

3pm: reconnect with the driver and transfer to Seville. Pickup point: C. Cairuan, 1, 14004 Córdoba, Spain (parking near Cordoba Mosque).

4:45pm – 5pm: arrival to your accommodation in Seville (Calle San Pedro Mártir 1, Old Town, 41001 Seville, Spain)and end of services.

Price of this bespoke transportation service for luggage and passengers: 690 Euros

This price includes
– Driver at your disposal from 7am until 5pm (10 hours) to take your suitcases from Baena to Córdoba, to meet you in Córdoba at noon so you can access your suitcases and to transfer you from Córdoba to Seville at 3pm.
– Modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan (8 seater).
– Petrol and parkings.
– All taxes.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this service we require full payment via credit/debit card no later than the 23rd of September 2023.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your service between 10 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the service and we will refund the remaining 70%.
If you cancel your service between 7 and 6 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the service and we will refund the remaining 50%.
If you cancel your service between 5 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the service and we will refund the remaining 30%.
If you cancel your service 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the service.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration of the service.
