Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm the trip at the specified price we need a 40% deposit of the grand total no later than the 12th of June 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time). The final 60% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. If you wish to confirm at a later stage, we will need to restudy our availability and to re-quote the trip but this price point should be a good estimation.

Cancellation policy
– If you all cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the total trip cost and we will refund the remaining amount paid at that time.
– If you all cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you all cancel your trip between 14 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you all cancel your trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.

Cancellation policy If only one couple cancels
– If one of the couples cancels their 2 spots in the trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge their 40% deposit only.
– If one of the couples cancels their 2 spots in the trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of their spots in the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If one of the couples cancels their 2 spots in the trip between 14 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 55% of the full cost of their spots in the trip and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If one of the couples cancels their 2 spots in the trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of their spots in the trip.
(*) Please note that individual cancellations from one member only from one of the couples won’t result in any partial refunds.
