Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at the proposed price we require a payment of 30% of the balance no later than the 20th of August 2025 at 10pm (Madrid time). The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. If you wish to confirm at a later stage, we will need to re-quote the trip and to re-study the availability of the proposed plan.

The cost of this 14 day trip for a private party of 2 pax is 12240 Euros of which 500 Euros have already been paid, so the balance is 11740 Euros

30% of the balance needed no later than the 20th of August at 10pm (Madrid time) to confirm the trip: 3522 Euros

Final 70% of the balance needed no later than 30 days prior to the the start of the trip to pay it in full: 8218 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the balance only.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the balance of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your trip between 14 and 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 65% of the balance of the trip and we will refund the remaining 35%.
– If you cancel your trip between 9 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 80% of the balance of the trip and we will refund the remaining 20%.
– If you cancel your trip 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the balance of the trip.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the trip.
