Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm the specified trip at the specified price we require a 10% of the full cost of the trip no later than the 30th of May 2025. An extra 20% percent of the full cost of the trip is required no later than 6 months prior to the start of the trip and the final 70% of the full cost of the trip must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

Cancellation policy
– If you all cancel your trip more than 6 months prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 10% of the full cost of the trip only.
– If you all cancel your trip between 6 and 1 months prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the trip.
– If you all cancel your trip between 30 and 7 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 35% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 65%.
– If you all cancel your trip 7 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.

Partial cancellations from one couple or from Jettie

– If one couple in the travel party or Jettie cancel their spot/s in the trip more than 6 months prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 10% of the cost of their spot/s. Also, please note that the following payment of 20% of their spot/s will have to be supported by the remainder of travelers in the group.
– If one couple in the travel party or Jettie cancel their spot/s in the trip between 6 and 1 months prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 30% of the cost of their spot/s.
– If one couple in the travel party or Jettie cancel their spot/s in the trip between 30 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 35% of the cost of their spots and we will refund the remaining 65% of the cost of their spot/s.
– If one couple in the travel party or Jettie cancel their spot/s in the trip 7 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 100% of the cost of their spots.
(*) Please note that individual cancellations from one person in a couple won’t result in partial refunds.
