Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this bespoke trip at this price we require a 35% deposit of the grand total no later than the 25th of June 2025 via credit/debit card. The final 65% of the full cost of the trip must be paid no later than 40 days prior to the start of the trip.

Final 65% needed no later than 40 days prior to the the start of the trip to pay it in full: 21125 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you all cancel your trip more than 40 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 35% deposit only.
– If you all cancel your trip between 40 and 26 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you all cancel your trip between 25 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 80% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 20%.
– If you all cancel your trip 14 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.

Partial cancellations from one couple or from a single traveler

– If one couple in the travel party or a single traveler cancel their spot/s in the trip more than 40 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge their 35% deposit only.
– If one couple in the travel party or a single traveler cancel their spot/s in the trip between 40 and 26 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 60% of the cost of their spot/s and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If one couple in the travel party or a single traveler cancel their spot/s in the trip between 25 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 80% of the cost of their spot/s and we will refund the remaining 20%.
– If one couple in the travel party or a single traveler cancel their spot/s in the trip 14 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge them 100% of the cost of their spots.
(*) Please note that individual cancellations from one person in a couple won’t result in partial refunds.
