Confirmation and payments

In order to confirm your trip and the specified price we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 25th of September 2026. That is 5160 Euros (Margot and Gerry: 2580 Euros and Karyn and Ivan: 2580 Euros) as well as your full names, passport numbers, dates of birth, issue date of your passports and expiry dates of your passports. The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip. That is 12040 Euros (Margot and Gerry: 6020 Euros and Karyn and Ivan: 6020 Euros)
If you wish to confirm at a later stage, we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the trip.

Cancellation policy
– If you all cancel your trip more than 30 days prior to the start of the trip, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the trip only.
– If you all cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you all cancel your trip between 14 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you all cancel the trip between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start we will charge 55% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If you all cancel the trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.

Cancellation policy If only one couple cancels
– If one couple cancels their spots in the trip more than 30 days prior to the start of the trip, we will charge 30% of the full cost of their spots in the trip only.
– If one couple cancels their spots in the trip between 30 and 8 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of their spots in the trip only and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If one couple cancels their spots in the trip between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start we will charge 55% the full cost of their spots in the trip only and we will refund the remaining 45%.
– If one couple cancels their spots in the trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start we will charge 100% of the full cost of their spots in the trip only.
(*) Please note that if one couple cancels their spots on the trip, the cancellation charges associated with their spots will be credited toward the additional costs that the other couple will have to cover in order to proceed with the trip.
