Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this tour we require full payment no later than the 21st of October 2026 via credit/debit card as well as your full names, dates of birth, nationalities and passport numbers (essential to book your Alhambra tickets).

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel the excursion more than 8 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the excursion and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel the excursion between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the excursion and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel the excursion 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the excursion.
(*) Please also note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in the excursion.
