Description and schedule of services

8:30am: meet your personal local host the day at your accommodation and be transferred in a modern and comfortable bus with a dedicated driver to a selected goat farm just outside the coastal town of Rota. Along the way you will be explained about the geography, landscape, customs and overall character of Southernmost continental Spain.

10am: upon arrival to the goat farm, enjoy a private tour of the premises along which you will see and interact with the baby goats and the mother goats. You will then be shown the facilities where the cheese is made while you learn the elaboration process. Finally you will be shown the stables of the farm where the owners keep their horses.

11:15am: after your visit to the goat continue your journey being transferred to the coastal city of Cadiz.

11:55am: upon arrival to Cadiz, enjoy a private tour of the old town along which you will learn why it is the oldest city in Western Europe founded by Phoenicians 3000 years ago. Your tour will also focus on the period when the city held the monopoly of all trade with the new world, formerly established in Seville. Cadiz also has a fabulous food market, that you will visit in order to understand the produce that shapes the local gastronomy.

1:45pm: end of your introductory tour of Cádiz and free time for lunch and to perform your prayers at Al – Hoda Mosque at leisure. Cadiz has fabulous fish and seafood restaurants and we will give you recommendations.

3:45pm: after performing your prayers, reconnect with your guide to top up your tour of Cadiz with a visit to its Roman theatre. This will allow you to understand the very important Roman city that Cadiz was until the 2nd century a.C.

5pm: reconnect with your driver and be transferred back to your accommodation in Seville.

6:30pm: arrival to your accommodation in Seville and end of services for the day.

This price includes
– Private transportation in a modern and comfortable bus with a dedicated uniformed driver throughout the journey.
– Personal local guide from Genuine Andalusia (a knowledgeable, personable, kind, flexible and interactive fully licensed one with a great command of the English language) throughout the journey.
– Private visit to a family owned goat farm in Rota to interact with the goats (young ones and mothers) and to also see the family horses.
– Petrol and parkings.
– All taxes.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this private tour we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 28th of July 2023 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the start of the tour.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour more than 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour between 15 days and 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the other 50%.
– If you cancel your tour between 9 days and 5 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the other 30%.
– If you cancel your tour program 4 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration / activities of the tour.
