Description and schedule of services:
6:30pm: meet your personal local host at your airbnb accommodation to start your private flamenco and tapas tour of the quarter of Triana. This tour focuses on two of the most representative living traditions, one artistic and one gastronomical, of Southern Spain and it’s ideal for the curious travelers willing to experience both from a local perspective.
The tour starts with a short walking tour from your accommodation to the quarter of Triana, through which you’ll learn how flamenco emerged in South West Spain as a result of a slow fusion of the ancient multicultural musical heritage of Southern Spain with the original gypsy rhythms and musical roots. This will set the context for (and enhance the appreciation and enjoyment of) the selected flamenco performance in a small and intimate venue that will follow, with 4 people onstage: a guitar player, a singer and two dancers.
After the performance, you will be taken on a tapas tour of Triana by your local host. You will visit two or three selected bars where the locals like to gather with friends and family and where you will taste a selection of 6 – 9 tapas dishes to share that you’ll be able to pair with the corresponding wines. This will give you an understanding of what to go for tapas means in this area of Seville, of how it is enjoyed, shared and celebrated. Then you’ll be escorted back to your accommodation stopping along the way for a sweet local indulgence.
11pm: arrival to your accommodation and end of the tour.
Price of this walking tour for a private group of 4 people: 108 Euros per person.
This price includes:
– Personal local host from Genuine Andalusia throughout the tour.
– 1st row seats for a flamenco performance in a small and intimate venue.
– A selection of 6 – 9 dishes to share and up to 4 drinks per person (wine / beer / refreshments / water) through 2 – 3 selected tapas bars of Triana.
– A sweet local indulgence to finish.
Confirmation and payments:
In order to confirm this tour we require a 30% of its grand total via credit/debit card no later than the 21st of February 2020. The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour via the same method.
Grand total of this tour: 432 Euros.
30% deposit needed to confirm the tour (no later than the 21st of February 2020): 129,6 Euros.
Final 70% needed to fully pay the tour (no later than 30 days prior to its start): 302,4 Euros.
Cancellation policy:
– If you cancelled your tour more than 30 days prior to scheduled departure, we would charge the deposit only.
– If you cancelled your tour between 30 and 7 days prior to scheduled departure, we would charge 50% of the grand total of the trip.
– If you cancelled your tour between 6 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we would charge 75% of the grand total of the trip.
– If you cancelled your tour 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we would charge 100% of the grand total of the trip.
