Payment of private transportation service. 11th of May. 6 pax

Description and schedule of services:

11th of May 2020:

11:30am: private transfer from your hotel in Ronda to Jerez in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan with a dedicated driver.

1pm: arrival to the fair ground in Jerez and free time to enjoy the feria.

7pm: private transfer from the fair ground back to your hotel in Ronda.

8:30pm: arrival to Ronda and end of services for the day.

Price of this private transportation service for a private group of 6 people: 410 Euros.

 

This price includes:

– Private transportation in a modern and comfortable Mercedes minivan with a dedicated driver to travel from Ronda to Jerez and from Jerez to Ronda.

– Petrol and parkings.

– All taxes.

Confirmation and payments:

In order to confirm this private transportation service we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than Satuday the 29th of February via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid via the same method no later then 30 days prior to the start of your tour.

Grand total of this service: 410 Euros.

30% deposit needed to confirm the service (please no later than the 29th of February): 123 Euros.

Final 70% needed to fully pay the service (please no later than 30 days prior to scheduled departure): 287 Euros.

Cancellation policy:

– If you cancelled the service more than 30 days prior to scheduled departure, we’d charge the deposit only.

– If you cancelled the service between 30 and 10 days prior to scheduled departure, we’d charge 50% of the full cost of the service.

– If you cancelled the service between 9 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we’d charge 75% of the full cost of the service.

– If you cancelled the service 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we’d charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
