Description and schedule of services

9:30am: be met by your personal driver at your hotel in Valencia (Only you) and be transferred to your hotel in Tarragona (H10) with a stopover of up to 3,5h in Peñíscola along the day.

4pm: arrival to your hotel in Tarragona and end of services for the day.

Confirmation and payments
–
In order to confirm this transportation service at the specified price (660€) we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 16th of January 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid also via credit/debit card no later than 7 days prior to the start of the service.

Final 70% needed no later than 7 days prior to the start of the service: 462 Euros

Cancellation policy
–
– If you cancel your service more than 7 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your service between 7 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the grand total of the service and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your service 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the service.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration of the service.
