Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your tour at the specified price (390€ including guiding fees and all entrance tickets and admissions, we need full payment no later than the 13th of October at 11:59pm (Madrid time).

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour more than 7 days prior to its scheduled start we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour and will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your tour between 6 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%
– If you cancel your tour 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that your guide is booked for 3 hours: 1pm to 4pm. If there’s a train delay and you start your tour later than 1pm, the end time of the tour won’t be postponed and it will still be 4pm.
