20th of March: the Alhambra and el Generalife:
Tour description:
Meet your personal Alhambra expert by the box offices of the Alhambra (more precisely next to the big tiled mural that you will find on your right hand side when you stand up facing the box offices of the Alhambra) to start your private walking tour of the Alhambra and el Generalife. This 3h tour will allow you to enjoy the exquisite refinement of the most splendorous construction that the Muslims built in Spain: the Alhambra. The Alhambra was a palatial town, formed by different parts, all of which you will get to discover with your local host in order to understand how they all worked together, the role that each of them had and the different people who inhabited them. After your tour of the Alhambra you will be taken to the Generalife or summer palace of the Nasrid Sultans, where they would go to get away from the hustle of life in the Alhambra. The Generalife is a magical place designed for relax and contemplation and its gardens, architecture and views are simply spectacular.

23rd of March: Córdoba old town and the Great Mosque – Cathedral:

Be met by your personal local host at your hotel to go on a discovery journey of the historical centre of the city. This unique city, features probably the most thought-provoking building in Spain: the Mosque-Cathedral. A UNESCO site since 1994, Córdoba is an inspirational city of Roman origins which, during the middle ages, saw the peaceful interaction between the three great Mediterranean cultures. Jews, Muslims and Christians coexisted then in the city turning it into a unique intellectual hub that gave birth to very renowned philosophers, poets, scientists and doctors. During your private walking tour, you’ll learn about the history of the city focusing on its period of maximum intellectual splendour. Apart from visiting the Great Mosque, you will also visit the synagogue, the Chapel of Saint Bartholomew, The Roman Bridge and the Alcazar, which features probably the most beautiful gardens in the city.

Tour description:
Be met by your personal local host at your accommodation in Seville to go on a discovery journey of the UNESCO sites of the city. The three world heritage sites of Seville are its cathedral (the largest gothic cathedral in the world and where Christoph Columbus is buried), the Alcazar or royal palace (which features a stunning combination of hispanic-muslim and christian architecture styles called Mudejar as well as breath-taking gardens and that once had the offices from where all the trade of Spain with America was managed) and the Jewish quarter with its narrow streets, houses of traditional architecture, countless quaint corners and cosy squares.

Confirmations and payments:
In order to confirm this program of tours we require full payment no later than the 5th of March 2022 via credit/debit card.
Grand total of this bespoke program of private tours: 1111,2 Euros.
Cancellation policy:
– If you cancelled your program of tours between 4 and 14 days prior to the start of the program: 75% of the grand total will be charged and the remaining 25% will be refunded.
– If you cancelled your program of tours 3 days or less prior to the start of the program: 100% of the grand total will be charged.
(*) If the travel restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic didn’t allow for these tours to happen we’d give you a full refund. Please note that the travel restrictions we will take as official will be the ones imposed by the corresponding governments on the general vaccinated traveler coming to Spain from the US and not your specific personal circumstances.
