7th of October: private sailing trip from Cadiz city

10:30am: meet your personal captain at a previously agreed meeting point at the marina of Cadiz city to start a private 3h sailing trip that will take you around the city of Cadiz and its bay on a 12m sailboat. The trip includes one drink per person and a light snack onboard.

1:30pm: end of your sailing trip back at the marina of Cadiz city.

Price of this private 3h sailing trip for a private group of 6 pax: 510 Euros in total (85 Euros per person).

This price includes
– Private 3h sailing trip from the port of Cadiz in a 12m sailboat with two crew members (the captain and his assistant).
– One drink and light morning snacks on board.
– All taxes.

Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this sailing trip we require a 30% deposit of the grand total via credit/debit card no later than the 9th of September at 11:59pm (Madrid time). The final 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 15 days prior to the start of the sailing trip.

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the sailing trip: 357 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your sailing trip more than 15 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your sailing trip between 15 and 7 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 40% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your sailing trip between 6 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your sailing trip 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration of the sailing trip.
(**) If due to weather conditions, we had to cancel the sailing trip (which we will know 48h prior to scheduled departure) we would give you a full refund.
